"My husband and I and our small dog loved this villa ! We were there for the month of February. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to eateries and Trader Joe’s. 2 beaches are 5 minutes drive . It’s clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels are new. We loved the screened Lanai and the large backyard. Great communication with owner! Would definitely recommend! Did I mention location? It was the best!"

"You can tell this property has been fully renovated. It is modern and beautiful. The house has everything you would ever need for your stay. We loved having bikes available. We rode around the neighborhood and down Vanderbilt. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It’s close to multiple beaches and shopping. We have rented many homes in this area and this has been the best one. We would love to rent this house again for our next stay."

Well appointed kitchen that was easy to use while still remaining social. The screened in pool was great! Large area for gathering as well! "We stayed in this well located main floor condo for the winter of 2023. As it was on the heels of Hurricane Ian, there were a few repairs and cleaning issues at first, but all were remedied very quickly after our arrival. Our host was always available to chat and trouble shoot, and she is very fair.
