"My boyfriend and I came to Miami to go to Oleta State Park and kayak over to Sandspur island with the raccoons. The room was only a 5-7 minute drive from the park, so that was really nice. The room was clean and it was an easy check-in process. It’s also close to a lot of good restaurants. We will definitely be back at some point. "

"The house is good: spacious, clean, kitchen is well equipped.Why it is not great: the backyard is open to a neighbor, giving absolutely no privacy whatsoever. The neighbors are Amazon dealers and are working day and night. They have direct view on the pool and backyard and there's always someone working in the neighbor's backyard. Additionally, the pool coping is cracked in many areas around the swimming pool, making it prone to cuts and hazardous to walk around, particularly for young kids.I contacted the property manager to get a discount because it was not mentioned at the time of booking. They offered no compensation."

The studio matched the online listing exactly, if not better — it was cozy, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by lush greenery that made it feel like a true private retreat.Communication with the property owner, Sergio, was excellent. He was always responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also fantastic — quiet and secluded, yet close enough to everything Miami has to offer. The neighborhood felt safe, charming, and vibrant.We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
