"Me and a few friends returned to this property for our annual trip to South Florida. The property is in a well traveled area near Aventura mall. You cannot beat the cleanliness, location and amenities of this location. If there is a gripe, it’s the 2-car limit and overgrown tree hedges that make parking a challenge. Everything else from price and cleanliness were perfect."

"The property was just as advertised. Perfect place to wind down after a long day at the beach. Just 20 minute drive to the beach. My wife and I had a fantastic time. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We will stay there again for sure. "

"Myself and 6 other friends had stayed at this property for 5 days and loved every minute of it. Host was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had, and amazing to work with. The pictures were very true to how it looked in person, the rooms fit all of us adults very comfortably and the beds were all very comfortable!! My only concern with the house is there is a step up/down to the living room and although there is caution tape to make you aware, if you are traveling with kids, just have to be careful as the tile is very deceiving and they could miss the step. Location was amazing, only about 20-25 minutes pending traffic to either South Beach, or Fort Lauderdale and we ventured to both. If you are looking to go to a football game, it was VERY easy to get to and home from the game even with the traffic. Uber rides were reasonably priced to and from the location no matter what time it was. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious house, and are looking to be centrally located with. "

"We were a party of twelve - a 3 generational family (grandparents, kids and grandkids) who stayed in Miami for vacation. This property was absolutely perfect for us. PROS: The villa is exactly as seen in the photos. Beautiful and gorgeous. Backyard landscaping is stunning and the house is spacious In a quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy Lots of fun, family activities...pool (the kids loved the pool and swam every day), grilling, golf, pickleball etc. Clean and modern. Bathrooms are well renovated and beautiful. Laundry facilities on site Pots, pans, spices and basic kitchen items are available CONS: My request for an early check-in was not acknowledged. Not enough towels. There are plenty of bathroom towels but no pool/beach towels No cushions for the outdoor seating. There are several outdoor lounge chairs by the pool but you can't use them because there are no cushions on them. Overall, I highly recommend this property and I would come and stay here again. The beautiful backyard, privacy and modernity are worth it. It's a premium price point so I do have high expectations. The property manager was quick to respond to most of my inquiries (texting within minutes usually) but there were some inquiries that didn't get a reply."
