"I had a wonderful stay here overall, but the check-in process was a bit time-consuming. Thank you, Foster, for your excellent assistance—I’ll definitely be booking again. However, the receptionists at both the first and last entrances could improve their customer service skills. They lacked a sense of urgency and empathy."
