"Lovely location, easy walking to the marina, shops and restaurants. The property is tucked off the road so is quite quiet! Everything from the resident squirrel, hummingbirds, kingfishers, gulls working on swallowing starfish (no easy feat), eagles, lots of different marine birds, seals, river otter, sea lions galore catching dinner right out front, porpoise and a small pod of orca, however, the house does need some TLC."
