"Over all very nice, cozy and clean. Good variety for breakfast. Really appreciate the early check in. The only (minor) complaint is that they were cleaning/disinfecting the pool during pool hours so we had to wait 1/2 hour till we could return to the pool. Ideally they would do that after the pool closed for the night. "

"The property looked new to my husband and I. It had been renovated and was lovely. Staff very attentive and helpful. We arrived late and picked up some food before we arrived bit no utensils/napkins. Went downstairs where free tea was available and looked around and staff fixed me up with paper plates and everything. The only complaint I have is with the 3rd party I booked with. This is the 2nd time I have booked and not received an email confirmation. When I call the 3rd party, they can't confirm the reservation because they can't find the reservation #, who I booked with and ask me to contact my bank CRCD or hotel to confirm reservation although my credit card was charged. Again, this is no reflection on HIE but concerning to their customers and their business."
