"Overall the stay was pleasant and the location of this hotel is convenient. There was an issue with the hotel access, as there are some steps of staircases from the ground level to reach to the check-in and passenger lifts lobby! It’s a bit difficult to carry heavy large luggage bags to access the hotel entrance. There are a bit of noises in the early morning coming from the road, as the hotel is on the lower floor levels! Staffs are helpful to provide support and assistance."

Perfect Stay

"From reservation till departure. It was professional all the way. Hotel room was comfortable, love the breakfast and the team (please book the room with breakfast option as is totally worth it), staff are friendly. Love the location at Mongkok as we were able to walk to so many sights. Plenty of affordable eateries too and Mongkok MTR is just 5 mins away."

"Easy to get to by shuttle, friendly check-in, nice room with comfortable bed, quiet, slept very well. Great breakfast options, appreciated shuttle service to Metro / bus station. Before departure, I was able to leave my bag until evening flight. "
