"The hotel was far from the hustle and bustle of cities. To go shopping or to visit tourist spots, you’d have to drive or take the shuttle bus provided free from the hotel. The hotel did have dining options though quite limited unless you opt for the buffet which was pricey. Due to its location, this hotel would suit travellers who don’t want to be in the midst of activities and action of big cities. "

"They should advise the guests to request the taxi driver to drive up the hill to the hotel receptionist building. Our taxi drive left us at the bottom of the hill, and we had to pull 2- 45 lbs luggage up the hill, about 3 to 400 steps. Hand towers should be provided. 2 pillows will be better than one. "

They do not provide bottled water/teas, does come with kettle, mugs & fridge. It's no frills, clean, very compact but comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable but other than a bottle of water, no tea, coffee or any other food or beverage amenities were offered in the room. "Royal Plaza Hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience. It is directly connected to the MOKO shopping mall, which offers plenty of affordable shops and dining options. The hotel is also within walking distance of Ladies’ Street Market and other street markets, providing even more local food choices. We stayed in a room with a king bed, which was perfect for couples. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the bay window offered a nice view of the pool. The room was well-designed, featuring a long low table for luggage and another long table for other belongings. The bathroom comes with a bathtub, a separate rain shower. The room also came with other essentials like slippers, an in-room safe, and a fridge. Overall, Royal Plaza Hotel offers a comfortable stay in a convenient location, making it an excellent option for both shopping and exploring Hong Kong’s vibrant street markets."

Great vibes!

"Eaton is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, for good reason. The location is convenient, the hotel has tons of charm, and the staff are always friendly and responsive. The only slight downside was the condition of the room we stayed in. It is one of the older rooms that hasn’t been refurbished in a while, so the AC was a bit noisy. It did, however, work well, and was adjustable, which isn’t always the case in hotels. We will stay in Eaton next time we’re in HK but probably opt for one of the refurbished rooms."
