Front desk and staff are very friendly, including toward "third party" booking guests. While we did not spend enough time to take advantage of spa resources, they are available onsite. The place is in need of some repairs and maintenance, but is actually in pretty good shape for the the property age. HVAC was a bit difficult to make...

"This was our first visit since the renovations, and we were pleased with them outside of 2 things. First is the rooms are too “chic” and the sofa chairs in the rooms are not very comfortable, however, the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows! The bathroom and shower were excellent. The 2nd thing was the outdoor hot tub “shrunk”. The original could easily hold 10-12 people no problem. The “new” one holds maybe 4 comfortably, not sure why they would make it smaller. "I was little taken back when I did not get new towels and there is no blow dryer in room. They did not deliver towels because they said my do not disturb was on door. I never put it out on door. It was always in my room. "
