This hotel was a huge disappointment. The actual hotel itself is dated, which I do not mind. However, our room was disgusting. There was hair from previous guests in the bathroom sink, and the shower. The room was so dusty on the end tables and lamps I could have written a message in the dust with my fingers if I wanted. There was a liquid spilled and dried all over the thermostat, which I’m assuming was from a previous leak as the ceiling was stained yellow in certain spots. Definitely will not be returning if I stay in the area again.

The room was infested with bugs, mildew on ceilings and walls, shower enclosure was broken, ceiling falling down in corner of room, sheets and bedspread were dirty, phone did not work, lights in our room did not work, light bulbs were missing, floor in bathroom cracked, filthy rugs in our room and hallways, lobby was filthy. When we arrived they increased the cost of the room. I have pictures of everything that I have mentioned and would be happy to send them to you. We complained the first night we were there and they said they would bring us light bulbs and inspect the room and not one person came. when we checked out we complained and the woman was very apologetic and said all the rooms were the same. We feel that we should be reimbursed for the total cost of the room. We booked the room for a little get away to celebrate our 59th wedding anniversary. We look forward to your response. Hotel is doing some renovation so that's cool. They were short staffed so I commend the teamwork since even the maintenance staff was helping ready the rooms for checkin. The man taking care of the pool room brought in extra towels and we appreciated it.

My experience was far from pleasant. From the moment we walked into the room, it felt old, dirty, and unwelcoming. The bathroom was a major disappointment – the shower had noticeable rust stains, and the toilet was left with unpleasant brown stains (you get my drift) so the toilet was not cleaned prior to our arrival, making it feel grungy and unhygienic. There was also long strand of hair on the floor. The Keurig in the room was covered in dust, clearly not cleaned in a while and the room itself was outdated. The breakfast was equally disappointing. By the time we went for breakfast (7:30), they had already run out of bagels, the sausage patties were like rubber, and the breakfast sausages looked undercooked. There were no eggs left within the first hour of breakfast service and was not replenished that we noticed, and to top it off, they ran out of hot water, so I couldn’t even make a cup of tea. We had to go next door to McDonalds to have breakfast. Overall, the hotel desperately needs a thorough cleaning and some serious updates. It was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay, and I would not recommend it.

The property was being renovated but the parts that were open were marred with dirty walls. The breakfast area was so small and filled with others that my wheelchair bound wife could. Access it. We at in the entryway of the hotel with people coming and going. It was also quite expensive considering the shape of the facility
