"Pros: The property was clean but dated. Easy to find. Easy parking. Short drive to downtown Sedona. Cons: The room was not as described when booked- no couch, fireplace or Red Rock view. The gas “wood stove” was difficult to start with confusing directions. We had an adjoining room and our “neighbors” were so loud that it sounded like they were in the same room. A reasonable place to stay as far as cleanliness and proximity to downtown, but not worth the extra price I paid to have a view,...

"They did not honor the room food credit per expedia reservation gave us a credit for playing games and when we played two rounds of bowling they said the credit was only good for video games. very disappointing"

"The service was next level! We loved the grounds and the balcony was amazing too just bask in nature! The location was perfect, walking distance to great bars & restaurants while feeling removed and completely in nature (zero road noise). The pool was heated and hot tub was very warm. I would highly recommend this hotel! "
