"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"I had an amazing stay at GPI. I visited the spa and made a day out of it. It was so worth it, and so relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was super clean. I loved that I could open the window! It made sleeping so much better! I didn’t leave the resort the entire weekend. Everything I needed was right there. I’d definitely recommend to anybody! "

"We had a wonderful three-night stay! Our room was immaculate and the beds were incredibly soft. Everything looked so new and upgraded. The shower was amazing. We had a delicious breakfast. The stone fireplace was beautiful. The staff was amazing, kudos to Anna and Ari!! They gave us tips on things to do in town and were so warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel! "

"Great walking distance to casino. No food options besides continental breakfast in the morning. Nothing hot to eat. My room was directly across the two common bathrooms so there was a lot of noise going in and out of those. Room was comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. Lobby area was big enough for our group to sit and talk. Plenty of parking spaces. Front desk was very friendly."

"Overall staff was very friendly and nice, really need more food options especially breakfast for hotel guest juice cereal muffins like most. Designated parking for hotel guest only non-existing and due to a strict 4 o'clock check-in was very crowded."
