"The place was clean and friendly staff. We were disappointed though that the hot tub was closed and the pool was cold. We were hopeing for a warm up on a cold night. Since there wasnt many guest that night we had to run the water for a good long time before it actually got hot to take a shower but after it got hot there was plenty of hot water. Overall was a good stay and will consider it again when i stay in that area"

"I usually don’t leave reviews but this stay was everything I needed to accommodate my family of 6. From the cleanliness of the suite, the breakfast options & the friendliness of the hotel staff they owe me nothing! :) I will continue to stay here each time I visit Ohio. "

"Whirlpool suite is large with a second half bath, jets were strong for an in-suite tub. All clean and up to date"

"The host i had for both check in and out were extremely friendly and had no issues at all. The breakfast was definitely a plus. This was my first time at this hotel and based on first impressions, everyone nailed it!"

"Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice."
