"Best hotel I’ve been in my trip. Beautiful rooms. Only one downside but really small, is that the laundry room closes at 9 and I was not told of it therefore I could not do my laundry but is just a small thing that it doesn’t matter. The hotel was absolutely exceptional, loved it I will go back in a heart beat, "

Rooms were big for Japan and a very comfortable bed. Only downside was the smoking room in the lobby at the elevator that made the elevators smell of smoke all the time. "
