"A beautiful room with lovely room wear and a daily cleaning service. I loved the onsen and was lucky that it was available each time I went down. I think it would make it more accessible if there was a sign on the door for women to share, men to share, or occupied for family / private. "

The whole experience from the room to the food and onsen gave me a really good insight in to Japanese culture. Property is very central, close to old town and restaurants. I tried both the Japanese and American breakfasts and liked both. I would recommend this property for people who want amazing service, a modern property close to everything and those that want to experience the Japanese culture. "

"Very nice and clean. With free flow drinks, sake beer in lounge from 5pm to 10pm every day. Great location in the middle of the town center.Only down side is not many car parks available at the hotel. Off site parking is quite a distance away from the hotel."
