The beds are very comfortable and the steam shower was awesome! We had three cars and there was always street parking right in front. The kitchen had everything we needed except a cutting board. "The unit is nice and spacious. Very clean. Interior decoration could really use some work. Furniture was cheap. There were exposed hanging hooks all over the bedroom. But other than that it’s quite comfortable. Very strange third party check-in process. Coffee machine didn’t work. Did not provide dishwasher pods or coffee filters. But the real issue is the location. Area feels dangerous. Plan your days carefully and make sure to get a car whenever you leave the unit."

"My family and I spent fall break at this rental coming from the west coast. It had a lot of room for us all, a good size kitchen and plenty of room for everyone on the couch. We never ran out of towels or blankets and there were a lot of things to cook with in the kitchen. Host replied very quickly to any questions. Neighborhood was quiet, not much to walk to you would need to drive for the nearest store or restaurant but it felt completely safe. Only cons I would say were the windows...

"The place was spotless, loved the large table in the kitchen as I was preparing food for Thanksgiving. The rooms were all spacious, beds very comfortable. Parking worked out great as there were times there were three cars there. Would definitely stay again!"

"I forgot to do this when I got home from my trip. It was myself, my girlfriend and mother who stayed here for a few days to attend Rhode Island Comic Con. The house is only a 10 mintue drive from the convention center. It's a very nice and cozy place, with big beautiful couches, one reclines, and a GIANT beautiful tv in the living room.
