"We had an absolute great time!! So enjoyed getting to the know the hosts as we set around the bon fire. They are very hospitable and friendly. The cabin was beautiful, and cozy. "I stay in roughly 25 different places per year due to work. I must say this was one wonderful place to stay. We all have very fond memories still of our work-cation this past December. The kids loved playing pool while I loved sitting in the sunroom looking into the woods while drinking my coffee. We had fun in the hot tub when it was freezing cold outside. Such a neat place. "This property is full of so much history. You can see and feel it the moment that you pull in. Unfortunately for me, it rained for about 1/2 of the time we stayed at the property; fortunately for me, there were plenty of covered porches and areas for my large family to gather and sit outside. The co-hosts were friendly and communicated well with me prior to arrival and were available throughout our stay if we needed anything. "Smelled of cigarettes and skunk. We were there 15 minutes before check-in and the cleaning lady showed up after us to spend all of ten minutes “cleaning” the room. "The cabin was quaint and charming. We had a couple of issues, internet kept dropping and we couldn't fin the router(under the bed). A quick phone call fixed that. The downstairs was always colder than the upstairs. The upsairs is where we mostly stayed. The neighborhood was great for walking our dog. We met a couple of neighbors who invited us to play cards. "The home was easy to get to, and the few things we needed to communicate to the hosts were promptly responded to/ addressed.
