"Loved the super soft mattress, the front desk person was so kind and went out of his way to bring our bags up to the room- I didn’t even ask, he just noticed me and quickly jumped in to insist on helping! "It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "
