"I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful, quaint resort! The gardens, fish ponds, pool, decorations, rooms...everything is lovely. Even the people! The owner Rolf and his staff are incredibly sweet and helpful. We stayed with them for 7 days in a 3 bedroom suite and it was perfect for my family of 5. "Loved our stay, the property was so hopeful and found us a driver to the temples in Chiang Rai when our driver didn’t show. Very clean and beautiful property and close to the airport with shuttle is nice."

"This is a fantastic hotel, excellent in every way. We have stayed there at least three times and are never disappointed. The staff are all first-class, from Alex the manager to housekeeping. The Experience Walking Street Chiang Mai

"This was a fantastic hotel!!! Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had breakfast there pretty much every morning because most places weren’t open early enough. The only complaint (and it is not them) is that it was very difficult to sleep because the bars across the street were soooo loud and would play music till after midnight. Otherwise the stay was amazing!!! "

"We had a great stay at the Chaya. In particular the staff were all very friendly and attentive. As for the room, it was very clean, spacious and kept to a high standard. We didn’t have breakfast and didn’t tour the local area so can’t comment, but for the pool and the room we would highly recommend this hotel. Short taxi away from the airport and the Old town and local enough for tours to collect us from the hotel. "
