"There are many nice restaurants in the hotel. The views from the upper floors are amazing. The train station is a short 8-15 min walk. It's about a 40-50 min train ride to downtown Tokyo by train. "Our first trip to Japan and pleasantly surprised to have stayed here. Beautiful and very clean. Staff was excellent with all of our needs. Rooms were large and very clean. Free shuttle bus was large,clean and the driver helped with my husbands wheelchair as well as our luggage. Would definitely stay again. "

"Employee working at the restaurant where they serve breakfast, the one in charge admission to go in (older male) was extremely off putting by the way he looked at me and my friends. The intense eye contact and disgust given to us was definitely felt, making our breakfast unpleasant and unwelcoming despite paying for admission. Out of my entire stay in Japan, this was definitely my worst interaction in the entire trip that stuck out to me "

"Great place for a one night stay. Super kind and helpful staff. A nearby mall, about 4 minute walk away, for food and some shopping. Pillows were really hard and the door was super thin so we heard every single guest come in during the night, which was a lot. But not really something the hotel can control. "The room was small, as expected. But very useful. The soaking tub was great! The breakfast buffet had lots of options & was good. We got a room with two twins (my husband & I) & it seemed to have more room to move around than the single bed rooms. The beds were comfortable enough. Free shuttle from the airport. Great neighborhood with lots to eat! I would stay here again. "

"We love it that it is very convenient for a short stay and the shuttle service to the airport is a plus. The personnel at the restaurant (buffet) were not that attentive. Basically the only attention they did was when they seat us and after that never came back to the table for anything. Other than that we liked everything. "

"Absolutely zero-frills hotel, very straightforward. I really, really like it. I have stayed in multiple Toyoko Inns over the years, and I had nothing but great experience staying. Certainly would recommend. But, if there's anything I am not fond of, it would be the check-in time, which is at 4 PM. I wish it could be earlier. "旅好きでよく旅行しますが今まで利用した中で1番清潔感のある綺麗な宿でした。BBQもできドッグラン付きで夜にはプロジェクターで映画も見れました。ただ鍵を利用せず携帯でチェックインしたので買い物に出かける時の鍵の閉め方が分かりずらかったのでちゃんと調べてから行けばよかったと思いました。チビ犬たちも室内に入ってこないほどドッグランを気にいってました。またぜひ利用したいと思えた素敵な宿でした。ありがとうございました。"
