"The room was VERY SMALL. Nothing like the photo in their webpage. Massively overpriced compared to all of our other Hokkaido accomodations. Extra charge for a very poor very limited breakfast. No room service whatsoever. Our only Japan disappointment!"

"The Niseko Ski Lodge lives up to its name--a rustic ski lodge. The staff were super friendly, and international. Upstairs rooms mostly share a bath, but we had a room with a private bath. The pre-fab bathroom was tiny and weirdly placed with a ~10" step up. Room size was good, but it was stiflingly hot with the radiator heat. "Communication with Banff was very good. Room was everything I could have expected, having our own bathroom and bath was a bonus.
