"This is an older hotel but the location, cleanliness and staff were all fantastic. The lady at check in took care of our special requests with a smile even though she was the only one in. Perfect for travel with dog. "

"It was excellent the only thing was the smell of pot in the back staircase and the dog barking across from our room even if we were on the 3rd floor where pets we’re not allowed. "

"We always stay here when we visit North Bay and we find it's the nicest affordable option . One thing to note is if you bring your pet they charge and extra $20 a night for the pet. They need to update the paperwork because it still says $15 a night."

"The location & facility are great but the most outstanding attribute in this location is the staff. Each one we encountered from desk to maintenance and cleaning personel was a delight; courteous, welcoming, efficient. They really enhanced our stay so much. We have stayed at other locations in North Bay many times but never here before. This will be our location from now on. Thank you and....Bravo! to all of you at Best Western in North Bay."
