The registration was absolutely fantastic simply quick to do online made it simple quick when arriving at motel Staff were very pleasant The dining area on the fourth level spicy wok was absolutely wonderful very very friendly staff and excellent service dined there twice food was amazing recommend this restaurant will attend next time in North Bay

The property needs an upgrade the tub surround was attempted to be fixed, covering mold. The bathroom door would not close as the latch was seized with paint. The staff however were very friendly.

The male check-out employee was not well trained and questioned me on my payment and did not let me leave until he checked the room. *I felt embarrassed and insulted by his treatment. I have never been held back on check out in over 40 years of travel worldwide. Very disappointed with this treatment
