"Personnel was very helpful and friendly, specially Mr. Ramos at the omelet breakfast station. I would like for the Spa showers to be inproved with soap and shampoo as well as the jacuzzi cleaning. "

"The property is 1st Class. The only irritation was the shower faucet; it was difficult to achieve a proper water temperature. The basin trap also needs cleaning as the flow of water was very slow. "

"Copacabana Palace is a gem. The level of service is just magical. I mentioned my love of brigadeiros to the bellhop, a tin full of the was delivered to the room.
