"Nice property in a residential area a few blocks away from JR Nijo Station. We were able to have our luggage forwarded to the main hotel from our last destination and the front staff were extremely helpful. They have a separate English-speaking staff member for English-speaking guests to communicate with. Room was spacious though wished there was more storage space. Nice to have in-suite laundry but dryer was not very effective so we dried our clothes at the coin laundry nearby. The staff went...

"二条駅からのアクセスもよく、建物もとても綺麗で良かったです。親戚と6人で利用しましたが、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。キッチンは1口コンロで通路がやや狭いため、複数人で料理をするのは難しいです。タオル交換やアメニティの補充も電話ですぐに対応してくれたので助かりました。"

"Overall, we had a good stay. But the washing machine was not able to use (We tried and check instruction all day, and it has been broken) the next day, they changed to another one (which is a very responsive manner) but it waste late. The limited time staff availability is one of the minus for this place. The room is like a new but the material of the wall makes the room super cold. Plus the table was not clasp so we need to put at a balcony........ "

"The property had modern amenities and it was a good size for our family of 6. It also had everything you need in the kitchen. It was in a great location close by bus stop. However, it requires a thorough cleaning. The windowsills were dusty. The curtains did not work. The shower was FILTHY with mildew and mold growing on the tiles and shower door. We had to buy a shower slipper and showered with it. The tub was also slimy and we were not able to use it to enjoy the zen garden. "
