"Staff were able to check us in early, and the room was clean, quiet, cool and comfortable - I slept brilliantly! The airport shuttle was easy to arrange and reasonably priced. The tram to the city centre is just a short walk away. There were only two relatively minor downsides: 1) We ordered the 'Cheers for Beers' package at an extra cost, which was described as 'two bottles of IJwit and a nutmix' to be delivered to the room. "The decor, cleanliness, facilities and staff were all excellent. I found it to be really good value for money. The only thing I would say is the breakfasts seemed a bit steep but we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere so wasn't a problem. We'd definitely stay here again!!"

"Overall a good stay at Best Western. The 2 times that I left the sign out to clean the room, the room was cleaned but the inside of the toilet was not done. The third time I left the sign out to clean the room, it was after 11am and the room was not done. Also there was loud noises at night, banging like a heavy door 3 or 4 times. Otherwise, it was a good stay. "
