"This hotel is an oasis in very close proximity to the main train station, which was very convenient for us... But it is also in a pretty awful area full of drug dealers and lurkers as soon as it gets dark (through no fault of the hotel!). These conditions seem to be normal for German train stations, and can't be helped. The service in the hotel was exceptional. They gave us prosecco and beer as welcome drinks! Exceptional

"My daughter and I had a very comfortable, clean room. The hotel had a gym which was especially important to my daughter since she works out regularly. Friendly staff and the breakfast menu was "out of sight". So many selections and a juicer with fresh fruit to make your own drink. And their other meal options were good as well. (Especially important to me because my daughter is a vegetarian and gluten intolerant). We stayed there on our arrival into Germany and our departure. Finally the location was great, walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof."
