"The room on the higher floors was good but the one on the fifth floor had centralized air-conditioning and the temperature couldn't be regulated (too cold). The breakfast buffet spread was good and housekeeping excellent. The extra clothing hangers and pillows were delivered promptly even though we had communication problems with the housekeeper. We also had problem with the safe box and it was also fixed promptly. Overall, the experience was pleasant and good. "
