"The bathroom had multiple long black hair strands on the floor. Every time I'd pick some up I'd see more. When I went to shower the following morning I found another one in the tub. There was way too much hair for a bathroom that should have been thoroughly cleaned. It was really disgusting. "

"Gorgeous views from my balcony of the sun setting behind the smokies. Loved the convenience of the shuttle buses and the trolley into Gatlingburg. The room was great and had all the ameneties. I would recommend and plan on going back for longer stay."
