"Our family enjoyed a festive holiday stay in Newburyport this Christmas. It was such a pleasant surprise when we arrived and the entire house was decorated for the season. We enjoyed the location so close to town and loved having a Kuerig and Nespresso for morning coffee. All the beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion we have to make a future stay more luxurious, would be newer towels in the bathrooms. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"House is clean, large, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Coffee is provided, kitchen is a good size, however we did not cook. Its about 40 minutes to walk downtown, and 5 minute drive. "

"This is our second summer staying at Blue Moon Cottage. The house’s three decks face the marsh, and are great places to have morning coffee and watch the sunset. In the mornings, we often saw a blue heron and egrets. We love the peacefulness of the marsh, but we also love the ocean. The beach is less than a mile from the house. "I stayed with my husband at this wonderful home which was truly a toes on the sand experience. Because there are no houses between this house andthe ocean there is always a cool breeze no matter how warm a day it is. We had family visit from the area and everyone had a terrific time. The host was immediately responsive to a number of questions we had and i would go back next year."
