"I've always enjoyed staying here. This stay was great. The communication was easy and they were very responsive. I noticed several upgrades and the home looks and feels great. I was happy to see the home survived the brutal storms last year relatively unscathed. It was a very cozy stay with all that we needed. Thank you. "

"This house, the host, and the trip was awesome. We had neighborhood friends, family, and kids with us. There was room for everyone, great large kitchen area. Access to the private part of the Ichetucknee was so nice! The Stambaugh’s our great hosts, we can’t wait to do the same trip again next year!"

"Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious with a well stocked kitchen, views of the river even through the kitchen windows, huge fireplace, cozy chairs on the river dock, warm central heat and an easy check in process. The only thing that would have made this place better is if there was a fenced in yard , otherwise it was perfect. I highly recommend this place! "

"The house was great! Pool and hot tub were so nice. Beds & sheets were comfy. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Much appreciated to have Keurig, hot water kettle, Brita, toiletries and everything we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!!"

"Stayed for a long weekend with my son for the NHRA in Gainesville. We’re FL locals but this was a great change of pace from the city. Not far from I75 to get you to and from places but far enough away at the same time. The Bunk House is by itself away from the main houses on the property so it was very private. It’s an old converted place but upon entering, you get the whole vibe in a VERY clean and well decorated quaint place. Smells nice, and the character was charming. Don’t hesitate to book...

"We chose this spot for a Family Christmas celebration based on it’s distance from multiple households (coming from FL & GA). It was perfect for large families to spend quality time together, but also so much space that it provided lots of privacy too. All of the rooms were of generous size- especially the upstairs master! "Very comfortable bungalow close to UF. Nice amenities. Bring all necessary food and condiments though as kitchen is bare of pantry items. No olive oil or cooking spray for pan. Nice floor plan bath tub deep for nice soak.Enjoyed the location to hiking trails and parks.Many restaurants close by as well."

"We had an incredible week at this property! The space is beautifully clean, modern, and fully furnished, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. John, onsite manager, was exceptional—always going the extra mile to assist and provide answers to our questions. The only small issue was the lack of an elevator, and our room was on the third floor, but I’m sure they would’ve accommodated us if we’d requested. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!"
