"The hotel and the room itself was very clean and updated. Air and heat was on point and the bathroom was highend with fixtures and lighting. Mattress was comfortable for me but not so much for my husband. The only issue we had was on the 1st night the connecting room had kids and babies and they stayed up making lots of noise until 1 and 2 in the morning so we didnt get much sleep. It would be great if they could book rooms based on occupancies in connecting rooms. Other than that we have no complaints."

"We came to see the animals prior to this trip, and thought we would try out the cabins on site this visit. Check in was super easy, parking was great, room was clean and quaint. Staff is also very friendly!"

"This is the third time that I stayed at this hotel. This time I brought my mother and had to make a change at check-in due to the need to have a roll in bathroom for my mother's room. The staff changed the reservation for us which took some time as I booked on a third party site - I am done with third party sites as this is the second time I had an issue - but the staff was committed to making the change for me and they did. Staff also game some great information on places to eat. It is so nice when they are able to provide local insights. The room itself was spotless and comfortable."
