"The house and neighborhood were great. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The only negatives were a missing remote for the master bedroom TV, the screen door needs to be put back on the eating area patio door and the hot tub cover needs to be replaced. None of those things negatively impacted of enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay at this house for our next visit to Scottsdale."

"It was overall a nice stay and I know how important reviews are to owners so these issues were not terrible. However for a 1k deposit you sort of expect perfection. There were no coffee pods, even though they did deliver some after we said something (we already went out and bought some). The screen door was off the track, the garage remotes didn't work, the breaker for the bathroom had to be flipped upon arrival. The second day the code did not work and someone had to give us a key instead of...

"I had to go to Phoenix for surgery, so the Desert Oasis was truly that for my family. From the fruit trees in the back yard, the beautiful inside and how wonderful the hosts are; everything was perfect for my healing journey. Anytime I needed anything, they were patient and so wonderful with us. A zero gravity chair and an instant pot were no problem! Great people! Great experience! "
