"My coworkers & I planned to check out a couple spring training games before our work week started. The house was great to bbq at while or after swimming in the heated pool. Our group had a wonderful time & was more than enough for us. Thanks again!!"

"This property was great for our group of eight friends. Attended car week and golf. Kitchen well equipped and eight bedrooms/king beds worked out well. Temps were cool in Scottsdale during out stay but backyard looked awesome for warmer temps. Would stay here again."

"We had a family reunion due to us gathering for a wedding of a nephew. The property was a perfect gathering spot in between events. The only real problem we had was a shower in the master suite did not have any hot water. The faucet needed a new part that could not be replaced while we were in the house. That was very inconvenient as we had people in every bedroom. The group also all commented that the chairs at the dining room table squealed very loudly on tile floor every time you moved them....

"The house is in a small small town that is very remote and was perfect for us. Quick drive to Phoenix or Sedona but right by the black canyon trail.....and don't forget the pie shop...right by the pie shop. Neat neighborhood with the friendliest donkey who visited every time you walk by the fence are. "The canals in this area host many bird species including egrets, blue herons, cormorants, coots, ducks, and geese. They fly down the waterways and the egrets sleep in a large tree across from the house. It was awesome to see them each day. The electric pontoon boat is a great way to spend relaxing time on the water. "We traveled to the area to enjoy spring training and to see some family. The house was well stocked with everything needed and endless activities. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate we still enjoyed the pool and all the house activities. Would love to stay here again. "

"The beds were comfortable, the house was fairly clean. We were disappointed to learn after arriving that the spa heat had to be scheduled and couldn't be on while the pool was heated. Also the security/burglar alarm went off about 6 times during our stay. The laundry detergent provided is powdered and left white residue on our clothes. "
