"For a variety of reasons, we had to delay any trip until a couple of days before the bank holiday. Additionally many places accepting pets restrict it to dogs and we have a house cat who we had to bring. Most areas had nothing left, for a short weekend break or prices were into the thousands. However we struck lucky in finding Doal's Farm. Owner Paul was fantastic in his speedy responses, confirming availability, acceptance of cats and fitting in with some personal restrictions we placed on...

"The property was of a very high standard, with everything you could possibly need. Very well located, in a friendly village, with plenty to do on the doorstep. We didn’t need to use the car all weekend. There are plenty of places to walk, including some lovely pubs serving great food. These we found from the visitors information provided.
