"I had a really bad experience. Check-in information wasn’t provided until 4:15 when it had previously been said that it would be at 3pm. "My daughter and I wanted to get away for a few days of rest. We couldn't believe how perfect this "Boho chic suite" was. We were in the cute town of Stratford but never left the place! Lots of space. It is just like the pictures. Very cute and I have never been at a vrbo where they have so many amenities for you. Whatever you forgot to bring they have it!! We felt pampered. The owner was very responsive to my comments and requests and as long as he follows through on these, this is a great place to stay in Waterloo with easy access to downtown Waterloo and the universities.
