Room window has broken pain of glass that has been broken a while due to the dirt on windows. NO WI-FI in hotel, which hotel advertises is available but it is not, staff not prepared to help with this issue. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast takes 20 mins to arrive at table after order taken but was hot tasty and generous with the amount of food...

"From the moment I arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is set back from a country road so it was quiet and close to hills and mountains for walking. A few minutes drive from the main town of Llangollen it was convenient and peaceful. The chef was very helpful and able to meet my needs with small changes to the menus with ease. Room was basic but adequate and clean. Exactly what was needed for a short break. "

"Our stay was fabulous. The food is 12/10 We had our dog with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house. Our room was in a little outbuilding and it was just perfect. Super quiet of a night too. The servers are all very young and the best and most smiley service I’ve had in a long time "
