"The room itself is very nice and would recommend for a cheap get away however there is a problem with some people being very loud and a major problem being the larger amount of ants everywhere under the bed and on the countertop, it may be caused by under the bed not being cleaned as it had dust and food bits left under it"

"The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "

"We arrived about 7:30 PM (19:30) after a lengthy drive and busy day near Salzburg. The Gaestehaus appears to be on a narrow alley in the middle of the town. We could barely squeeze our small car into the alley, and there appeared to be no place to park. We rang the doorbell and knocked several times, but there was no answer, and the place seemed dead, except for a neighbor lady from across the street, that seemed surprised to see us. "Great hotel, not in the center but there is a bus stop right in front that makes it getting around very easy. They have a public parking garage next to the hotel for easy parking and parking on the street. Hotel is generally quiet and safe. We had a small issue which they rectified immediately, communication with the hotel was answered promptly. "
