"Decent, clean, and comfortable. Lots of social spaces and activities on the property too and at least the room I was in had a phenomenal view of the city to awake to each morning. Also the metro was right next to hostel which was extremely convenient."

"The property had everything although breakfast was expensive. Their lobby had 24/7 different coffees & tea, self serve. Transportation was very very convenient. Although some of the stations had different names like Wien HBF is also Hauptbahnhof station, & some other names. Know your station SONNERGASSE."

"Very comfortable large room. The breakfast is outstanding. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful.The hotel is a little further away from the centre of Vienna but an Underground is 5min walk away,and is 4/5 stops away from the Opera house. The garage is right next door to the hotel with access into the hotel but is not run by the hotel. €40 per 24hrs. Take special care parking on weekdays in Austria usually weekends are free. Hot drinks were very expensive everywhere."

"I honestly don’t know where to begin in describing this extraordinary hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—just a minute’s walk from the supermarket, a subway station, and the renowned Mariahilfer Strasse shopping street. The staff? Simply incredible. Every single person went above and beyond to ensure I felt completely at ease. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and little did I know, my family had contacted the hotel to let them know about the special occasion. When I entered my room, I was greeted by balloons on the bed, heartfelt letters from my family and friends, and even a cake from the hotel. One day, I accidentally got the dining room’s hours mixed up and arrived about 15 minutes before closing. The dining staff quickly arranged an exceptional meal for me. As a vegetarian, I truly appreciated their effort to ensure I was well taken care of. The hotel is impeccably clean, beautifully organised, and the team couldn’t have been more welcoming. The atmosphere is absolutely enchanting—walking in feels like stepping back into the 1920s. Everything is so thoughtfully curated, from the stunning record room to the pleasant scents and tasteful design. The rooms are gorgeous, and the music is spot on. I honestly can’t find a single fault, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay! "

"We loved our stay at the Doubletree. Spacious rooms, with easy access to Schonbrunn palace, and accommodating staff. For kids in particular - plenty of room to keep strollers in the room, great infant bed, and a bathtub the littles can use. We would gladly stay again with our family of four. "
