"We got greeted by the reception and asked if we would like our welcome cookie. Where was directed to the room and on entering the room it was lovely clean tidy and to a high standard . In our room we had a safe and a fridge no coffee machine but a tea and coffee tray. The rooms get cleaned every two days which is fine with us. The bar meals is a limited menu. Was impressed with the A/C in the rooms. The transport links just outside the hotel are frequent and accessible. Would highly recommend this hotel to any couple."

"Probably one of the best hotels I have every stayed in when traveling internationally. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the entire staff was so friendly and helpful! The rooms (we had two for our family who came) were each so lovely, and the restaurant on Floor 7 was AWESOME! Such delicious food and a bar that was great. Yulialia the bartender was our favorite, so very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant's evening manager was so accomodating and helpful! The front desk staff ALWAYS had a smile on their face and welcomed me back to the hotel. They took care of every need we had! I would highly recommend this hotel. Dixie from the U.S.A."

The hotel is clean, modern, and recently renovated, with stylish and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially with parking arrangements, which come at a reasonable fee. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Vienna, and I highly recommend it!"
