"The Gun Room was very nicely kitted out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedroom was very comfortable and bright. One thing I would say is that the sofa is very small and not very comfortable! There is however a TV in the bedroom for lounging. The outside space is lovely and we had some great weather to enjoy it. We had our dog with us so the garden was great but the road was very busy so for a longer walk we had to go in the car. "

"We had a lovely time in this beautiful house - there was plenty of living space for the whole group to spread out and we loved having a big group dinner in the grand dining room. The house is old and some niggles are to be expected (minor cobwebs, loose doorknobs, a couple of chipped mugs) and they definitely didn't take away from our love for the place (and shouldn't deter anyone else!)."

The motion sensitive light at the top of the stairs was very necessary. It would also be helpful to have a guide specific to the house, and not just a generic guide. "Waw what an utterly amazing house, the beds were sooo comfortable we all slept like logs and the house is amazingly clean and spacious and there is everything you need for your stay.
