"The entire property looks worn down, not at all as advertised. I’ve stayed at better hotels that cost the same. The amenities and the hotel grounds have seen better days."

"Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. "

"If only they can change the beddings that are obviously aged more than a decade or two, it would be a more pleasant stay because the management should know well that a good night’s sleep is the utmost priority to guests. All the facilities in this resort show signs of aging but you can feel that the maintenance team has worked tirelessly to make sure all the old items still function well - and yes they do, amazingly, especially the A/C. "I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. "
