"I particularly liked the lounge on the 24th floor, I would argue that it is very much worth it to book a room that includes access. The room we had booked was spacious and had a great view over Brussels. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and I loved the layout of the room. The complimentary drinks in the minibar were a nice addition to the perfect room. The only regret I have is that around 10:20, so 40 minutes before the end of the breakfast, certain items were already unavailable. I would argue that this should not happen. I do not expect to have every single cake or fruit to be restocked until 10:59, but 40 minutes is unacceptable. Overall, it was still the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway, and we will be back."

"I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza for varying periods over the last 3 years. I have also referred the hotel to 5 of my colleagues who now stay here. After 30 hours of travelling, I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. It's also nice to be greeted at breakfast and in the hotel foyer by various long-term staff. My only disappointment is that the beautiful bar area is not always open when I am there. It was opened on Sunday night but I was not available. I went down on Monday night and it was closed again. You can still have a drink and bar food in the main foyer, but it is a different ambience.
