"We stayed in a family room at this hotel (2 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 month old). The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were really impressed with the check in process. Our room was ready before 3pm and the staff member checking us in was very nice. She even gave our daughters a little toy each, which they absolutely loved. "Room very clean and comfortable. On one occasion when using the bar I visited the ladies toilet. Condition of toilet was quite frankly deplorable. We didn’t always get our tea and coffee replenished but I’m sure we would have if we had requested. "The apartment was ok, but it’s in residential building and nothing can lead us to the office. We looked for it for long time, then we called the number and we found out that it’s located far from the map. The policy to check out at 10:30AM, but the office allowed us to leave the luggage in his office where it’s located on the back road. The beds were not comfortable and even the washroom was not very nice."

"Love are stay at this apartment. We were very well welcome and had easy access to their private secure parking lot just under the building for 20 euros. It is close to everything. Lots of restaurant around the hotel even offers free coffee 24/7. Apartment was well equipped with all the amenities . The only thing I can add is it’s starting to show its age a bit, but not a big deal for us."

"The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were large, had lots of storage, and were clean. They have a kitchenette available for those who wish to cook. The location is convenient to bars, restaurants, the Main square (Grand Place) with all the tourist related stores, and the train station. The main drawback is that the subway entrance, which is next door to the hotel, draws a large population of mentally ill and homeless people. If I were a female traveling alone I would not feel safe...
