"The staff were wonderful. The hotel was great. If you're booking it, you know where it's located, and you're going to be happy with your choice. Note number one. I don't know where they got those windows, but as soon as you close them you can't hear anything outside. So kudos to whoever manufactured those. Noise is definitely not a problem. if you don't speak Italian, don't worry they speak better English then you probably do. And if you're worried about how to get back to the airport or Termini station at the end of your stay, dont. They will take care of you. I feel bad that I never learned the name of the manager/desk guy that generally works till 8, or 9, or so. He was tolerant of my Italian language questions and understood English enough to know when I was joking about things. So, thank you for helping me to feel less awkward than I usually do. ROME is everything youve ever wanted, and more. If you're looking for a place to stay in one of the best cities in the world, this hotel is where we need to go. "

"This is a cool modern hotel with nice rooms, lounge area and breakfast option. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful from recovering a lost cell phone to dinner recommendations to arranging taxis… We are returning to same hotel before flying home from Rome. Thank you. "

"This was the first time for my wife and I traveling to Rome. We could not have picked a better hotel to stay for our vacation. First the staff was fantastic in communicating with us before our visit and very friendly and helpful once we arrived. When we arrived at the hotel you are taken back a bit because you enter through these two wooden doors which is located on the outside of the building right off the street. However once you enter you walk through a courtyard and then you see the lobby and registration desk and staff. I believe this is not uncommon with hotels in Europe. The hotel rooms and facilities are very modern, upgraded, and comfortable. The location of the hotel is in the perfect location in the city center. We did not need a car and were able to walk everywhere to see all the sights we wanted to see. We would definitely recommend and stay again when we travel back to Rome!"
