"All of the staff was amazing! So kind, helpful and nice. The room was perfect. The Dyson dryer was an excellent touch, along with all the extra little treats they give us complimentary as a guest. The coffee in the room was excellent. Out of the three different 5 star hotels we stayed at during our Euro trip, this was our favorite. "

"I would first like to mention the breakfast staffs are incredibly welcoming and helpful!!! Mark, Kiko, along with other staffs provided outstanding service during our 6 day stay in Rome! This breakfast crew went beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care! We really appreciate the genuine customer service from Mark and all the staffs from the breakfast crew. The greet us with enthusiasm when we wakeup, they also welcome us back with warm greeting after a long day exploring Rome. We are all humans at the end of the day, and they the staffs made us feel like home! Besides the breakfast crew, Marco and Glyde from the reception are also very helpful and friendly! If we ever come back to visit Rome, we will stay here again for the incredible service from the staffs! Hotel room is spotless and clean! Location is central to everywhere. On the improvement side, sound insulation isn't very good. We could hear the noises from the streets outside and from other rooms. We were still able to sleep though. Room is a bit small but we booked the smallest room so no complain here. "
