"We have stayed at this hotel for the last 16 years and seen it go form a private owned property to a chain boutique hotel. When it was privately owned the customer service was amazing that we remember all the staff, but rooms were deteriorated over the years. With the boutique chain the rooms are great, but the staff rarely interact with you. We stayed here because we like the location and we know the area very well. Overall it was a good experience. "

Staff was very helpful with tips getting around the area and also going above and beyond, even packing breakfast to-go for us since we had to catch an early train. Thank you Lara!
