"I would stay here again if I land in narita, the rooms are very large compared to most transit hotels in Japan. The staff was awesome because I was hot in my room and couldn’t manage to open the window. They saw my thermostat to the lowest temperature and opened my window when making the room. I didn’t have time to check out because I was racing back to the hotel to grab the shuttle back but everything runs on time and it’s swift and orderly:) 10/10"

"Did not get a room in new part, the other part is dated. Toilet was very short. Hard for someone 5’6 let alone 6’3. Beds , wow. I thought I owned a firm bed . These were like sleeping on a padded sheet of plywood. "
