The only thing is that I was unable to make the room cooler and they said I could open the window. They also have a convenience store and gift shop on the property with the convenience store having great prices. They had many dinner options too from a buffet to made to order items. "Stayed at Hotel Richmond for one night after flying into Narita. Easy to access by train from the airport & approx 10-15 min walk from the station depending on the route Google maps send you. Check- in was good & staff were friendly & professional. Room was a suitable size. Amenities are self serve at reception. Bed was comfortable & room was quiet. Restaurant downstairs nice food & drinks. An enjoyable stay. "

"My first time staying at capsule hotel and I am not sure what to expect. The staff is helpful in explaining everything and they provide towels, sleep robe, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste. The capsule is roomy, but it was hot for me at the beginning just laying there. After midnight the temp got colder and the blanket came in handy. The pillow was my only complain it was too hard and I didn’t use it. I had 2 luggages and I was able to store them in the provided locker. It was very conveniently located. And easy to get to from Narita terminal 2 departure area. And just go through the parking lot tunnel. Overall I had a good experience. "
