"The trident is a high end luxurious hotel. The staff in all areas of the hotel are impeccable and of the highest standards. Great value too. Excellent location for shopping at Colaba market. Only issue we had was checking in took a long time. The staff were great but it was clear they were challenged by a newly implemented IT system. The luggage room 30 mins to be sent to our room.
