"Stayed for 7 nights. We live in US, but grew up in Chembur. Excellent value for money. Loved the choices for Morning Breakfast and the staff. We also used the Laundry and booking taxi for airport facilities. The staff and service is really great. Bathroom was clean, roomy and nice, only complain the toilet flush handle could use repair work. Highly recommend overall."

The accommodation was very comfortable in terms of the beds, washroom and AC facilities; the location of this accommodation was perfect being right next to the central railway station - we were able to easily walk to a few nearby points of interest. "Modern hotel, but nothing attractive about the area. The service in the bar and restaurant was poor. Very slow and disorganised. Breakfast food offer limited. In the bar, nearly all the tables were reserved, but there was never anybody in there! Music in the public areas far too loud, and it wasn’t relevant to the few people who were there. "

"This was the first time I tried lemon tree hotel chain, and it was highly maintained and very nice ambience. The staff is very supportive and food of restaurant is awesome. I tried buffet as well as alakarte and both were just delicious. Only regret I have is the size of rooms, the size of rooms are very small. But well maintained."
