This was our second time to stay with them, and the service and hospitality from the staff is impeccable. The properly and rooms are well maintained, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. "Everything about the hotel was great. Woke up to the sound of animals every morning. We were able to wake up every morning and find something to see right on the property: macaws, toucans, aricari, monkeys, parakeets etc. The breakfast was delicious. "We loved our stay here!! We had a wonderful view of the ocean from our room as well as the pool! The bar staff was phenomenal and very friendly. Having a pool was fantastic after walking around the hot city and park. The location is perfect, right next to the entrance of the park. It’s very easy to get a ride if you’re looking to go elsewhere for dinner or shopping. The room was just what we needed for our stay , with a little kitchen and counter space in the bathroom. We would absolutely stay here again! "
